Re: Forum Template

Yes, I understand that. I see that you are running phpBB, and am wondering what theme you are using for your index page? Or sometimes called style. There are a number of phpBB official templates and I am wondering if you are using one and if so, which one. Simply asking because I like the appearance.

Forum Template

What forum template (or did you build yourself) do you use for your index page for non-registered (guests, anonymous) users?

Page Protection

If I "page protect" a page, does that also protect linked files on that page?

Re: Form Mailer Problem

I probably was not clear. My point was the linux based hosting (also called the Cpanel version) does not support the GDmail or Webformmailer.php. I wanted others that may have the problem to know that only the Classic and I believe Standard hosting do. On the other hand, I am trying to resolve the m...

Form Mailer Problem

I use GoDaddy for hosting, and with their Cpanel host cannot use your GD form - some of the older classic accounts can. So, I am using your form mailer that is supplied with Quick n Easy. I have setup all of the mail accounts in the Property Inspector exactly like I have tin he equivalent account in...

Re: Login Messed UP

Thx - I should have caught this. I previously uploaded with the page as .html and later changed to .php. Thought QnE would auto make the correction. It leaves both, so now I am a bit smarter.

Login Messed UP

Here is a link to a website I am working on. I am stumped on what is going on. First, take at look at the home page. Then try to go to members. I have databases setup, etc. Thx. http://www.mvresidents.org The first time you access the site you get a header that says: 0) { $items = file($database, FI...

Admin Tools

I'm about to try the admin, protections, etc.tools. Before uploading, I have a couple questions. 1. I define the Admin password in properties, correct? 2. Do I have to add a login page specifically for the Admin? 3. Do protected pages have to be in a dedicated folder within the overall web file stru...

Cpanel Godaddy Accounts and gdform

Just to let you know that gdform does not work with "Linux Hosting with Cpanel" accounts at GoDaddy - just with older web accounts. Thought you and others might want to know.

Re: Login assignment by Admin

I understand this. My question is can I assign both passwords and user names instead of the end users using the Signup form? In other words, can I do it for them? Thanks...

Login assignment by Admin

Is there an easy way for the Admin to assign user names and passwords instead of having the users request an account? As an example, an Admin might want to assign a single user name and a single password for a group of users that are all allowed access to the same material.

Re: Duplicating CSS Menu in a Solid Shape

Have only published locally to view, so there is no URL yet. What I have noticed is that the CSS menu does not exactly match a shape that I generate with the same border. It looks like the background of the CSS menu extends past the border on two sides, where the border totally encloses the backgrou...

Re: Duplicating CSS Menu in a Solid Shape

Yes I did. I may be nit picking, but in the hopes of me understanding, try this. Build a CSS menu and make the background a solid, non-gradient. Then build a rectangle the same size with the same background color and border. Zoom to 200x or so and look at the bottom border. It is different. What I a...

Duplicating CSS Menu in a Solid Shape

I have a 3 element CSS menu. Next to it I have placed a rectangular shape that goes until the edge of the page. I want the shape to look the same as CSS menu. I have mostly succeeded, having the same border, etc. However, it looks like I cannot simply use a shape with the appropriate border to dupli...

Thanks - I'm good now. Looks like I may have accidentally been using V2 with a V3 website.
