Re: My first qwb website

All looks good and works well.
However, on the Home page, at the bottom, under 'Free Parking'. you have the word 'the' twice.

Re: Testing a few features, parralax background, responsive etc.

It looks good Michael, and works fine on my Android phone in both portrait & landscape modes. However, between email and Novedades you have a grey horizontal line. This extends to the right way beyond any other item. In addition, there is a lot of space to the right all the way down the page - at an...

Re: Google Maps no pin

Pablo, please don't remove this section of the forum. Forum comments are not just between User & Support but also User to User. The OP message is less than 48 hours old and another user may soon come along who has successfully used the Google Maps extension. In this case, if the pdf provided with th...

Re: Page Colour

Yes, that changes the background colour - the colour that shows either side of the page. But I'd like to be able to add some colour to the page - the work space - the area that I add text, shapes & photos on to. How can I do this?
Cheers,
Brian

Page Colour

I'm starting a new site, and can't find anywhere to change the page colour. The Property Inspector allows me to change the Background colour and fill type, but I can find nothing for the page. Is it a matter of adding a shape to fill the page, and changing the properties of this shape?
Thanks,
Brian

Re: Menu Bar sub-pages behind page items

Sorry, but I don't understand your last post - could you expand upon this ? The only item that was blocking the menu bar drop-downs is a header / banner on each page. If I put this at the back (at the top of the Object Manager list), followed by the menu bar, and then everything else on the page goe...

Re: Menu Bar sub-pages behind page items

This, however, leaves me with another problem... Because the Master page is now the frontmost object in the Object Manager, I'm unable to select an item such as text or photo that's on the page but is now below the Master page (above it in the Object Manager list). I have to move the Master page up ...

Re: Menu Bar sub-pages behind page items

Fixed It! The menu bar was at the bottom of the Object Manager for the Master page, therefore the frontmost item on the Master page. The Master page was at the bottom of the Site Manager, therefore the frontmost page. However, when I selected any other page in the Site Manager, the Master page was a...

Re: Menu Bar sub-pages behind page items

Hi, Thanks for the quick reply. (I think) I've done as you suggest; Make sure the menu is on top of all other content. It's at the bottom of the Object list for the Master page - so this is at the front of all other items? If the menu is on a master page then you should also move the master page to ...

Menu Bar sub-pages behind page items

I've added a menu bar to my Master page. Some of the page tabs have several child pages in the drop-down. When I preview the site, the child page tabs (sub menus) drop down behind text or other items on a normal page. How do I get the menu bar and it's drop-down sub-menus to be in front of other pag...

Graphic inside a table cell

I've got a table on my site and I'd like to add a graphic next to the text in a few of the cells. I have the text left-aligned and beside this I'd like to add a small right-aligned graphic. Currently I've just dropped the graphic on the cell beside the text, but I'm sure that this will not render co...

Re: Inserting a Google calendar

It's OK, I've fixed it.
I was doing everything in QnE correctly, but I hadn't made my calendar 'Public' in Google. It now previews as I expected it to.

Inserting a Google calendar

Hi, I'm trying to add a Google calendar to a new blank page. I've set up the calendar in Google.com and copied the code which is here: <iframe src="https://www.google.com/calendar/embed?showCalendars=0&showTz=0&height=700&wkst=2&hl=en_GB&bgcolor=%23FFFFFF&src=c1po285jl7h52sqa0nr0ji1v00%40group.calen...

CSS Menu Bar

I'm adding a CSS menu bar to my site, but I'm unable to find a way to add any Child pages. Is this not possible with this particular menu bar? Cheers, Brian PS, I was so impressed with your quick response to my questions at Xmas, I have now bought v. 2.0 I'm unable to find any reference to my previo...
