Ah; you did say they had 'deprecated' it. I remember now.
Using the Description box seems the only solution.

Paypal Buttons - Customer Note?
On Page 202 of the QnEWB HELP document, its suggests: Allow customer note: Specifies whether to prompt the customer to include a note with the payment. But I cant find any such option in the Property Inspector - although everything else mentioned is there. Has my copy downloaded incorrectly? Do I ne...

Re: QNEWB and shopping carts
A useful way to get simple advice from customers via the PayPal buttons is to leave the Item ID blank, which then shows up to the customers as a blank box called 'Description'. Simply advise clients to add things like, "Large Blue" for example in there and it comes thru fine. Seems to be w...

URL suffixes necessary?
Is it vital to add the 'dot-html' suffix at the end of a URL every time we give it, to enable browsers to go straight to a specific page in a multi-page site? It just makes URL's so big and ugly. It would be preferable to omit that suffice and just do, for example:
(domain).com/store
etc.

etc.

Re: QNEWB and shopping carts
Oh, yes indeed. Ecwid looks on surface a good way to go.
Ive got it installed, very straight forward. Even I could do it in a short time.
Now all I need is the time to add products . . . (if only there was an App for that (making more time)!)

So disappointed that I cant upgrade to QuicknEasyWebBuilder version 9, as all my Macs are stuck on High Sierra. It seems that v9 demands I be on 10.14. Is there any way v9 can operate on MacOSv10.13?

Re: Options For Paypal Buy Now Button
Does the above reply still stand in Version 9? i.e. its not possible to have any options with the PayPal buttons you kindly provide 'built in'? Is this likely to change? I need to get simple information from customers, such as T-shirt size. S M or L, and currently have to ask them to send me a separ...

Re: HTML delivered banners gone intermittent
I found the problem - something called ADB - an ad blocker. As soon as I switched it off, the HTML ads all appeared. The ADB was supposedly 'improved' a few weeks ago. Well, all it did was block my own ads in web pages I had assembled, and as 'bonus' began feeding me unwanted extra ads in Safari. I ...

Re: HTML delivered banners gone intermittent
all my web sites have been https for over a year now, I didn't check the browser debit as I m not sure what it is and have never used it . What is now really weird is that some html files are appearing OK at some (responsive) sizes, and not on others, where I see just a black space. I also had some ...

HTML delivered banners gone intermittent
On some websites i have adverts, which are served up by companies such as Amazon. These have always worked fine until the last few weeks when I've noticed that some simply go blank. The material from the supplier is not appearing - Worse - i get a blank space. They all have slightly different format...
