Why didn't I receive an order confirmation?

Orders made through esellerate are usually processed within minutes. You should receive a confirmation email with registration details almost instantly.
Also note that you can access your order details at any time here:
http://store.esellerate.net/support

Orders made through PayPal may take up to 12 hours, depending on the time of ordering. You will receive the registration information as soon as your payment clears.

If you did not receive an email within a reasonable time, please check the list below:
1) Did you specify a valid email address?
2) Did your spam filter block the confirmation email?
3) Did the spam filter of your ISP block the confirmation email?

If you are absolutely sure the email did not end up in your spam/junk/bulk email, please contact the payment service provider (esellerate or PayPal) to check the status of your order.

Tip:
If you do not receive any replies then we probably can not reach you through the specified email address. Let us know your alternative email address, so we can contact you as quickly as possible!

these ISPs have very strict spam filters and will most certainly filter ecommerce related messages.

The following ISPs are know to put the conformation email in the spam filter:
yahoo.com
aol.com
gmail.com
msn.com
(please check your spam messages!)
