Extension install "invalid zip File" Windows 10

Hello,

if I want to install some extensions under Tools > Extensions Manager > Online Gallery
i have the Qnewb error message "invalid zip file" under Windows 10 x64 - Quick 'n Easy Web Builder 5.1.1 English

The file on the server is ok.
Please use a different browser or clear your browser cache and try again.

i have this error inside the program when i press the install button under Tools > Extensions Manager > Online Gallery

manual install works

In that case please clear your system's temporary files folder, reboot the computer and try again.

I was not able to reproduce this behavior. And it has never been reported before, this functionality exist since version 1.0
Maybe your anti-virus software removes the file?

Clean install without antivirus or other things

I have tested it many times Windows 7 and 10

Use a virtual maschine and see for yourself, it's not my job

I'll say it again

Start Quick an Easy Web Builder

select "Tools" select "Extensions Manager" use register "Online Gallery" press "Yes" then press any Install button and now you can see the error message

I'm sorry but I have tried on multiple computers (Windows, Mac, Linux) and cannot reproduce this behavior.
The only thing I can think of is a network related issue, which corrupts the downloaded file somehow.
