My client is complaining that when he uses his iPad the keyboard pops up over the contact form making the form unusable. The contact form is at the bottom of the page - is this normal or can it be corrected.

The keyboard behavior of the iPad cannot be controlled by HTML.
So, if the keyboard blocks in the input then you may need to redesign your layout.
For example, by adding more content below the form so the user can scroll the form to the top of the screen.

Note that this has nothing to do with QWB.
