site manager/blocks/property inspector etc. windows out of view

Post by johnvanhulst »

Hi, When I'm at home working with QnEWB, I use a multi-monitor setup and I move the windows mentioned above to my second monitor. But when I'm not at home and the second monitor is disconnected, QnEWB still 'thinks' those windows are placed on the second monitor, so I can't see them. Is there a way to define the place of those windows orher than 'drag and drop'? Regards, John van Hulst

The Window management is standard system functionality. I have no control over how this works.

But the positions of the window are stored in the configuration file, so you may be able to manually change this:
/home/yourname/.Quick 'n Easy Web Builder 7
(note that this file is hidden so you will need to make it visible first)

I have the same problem, but I can't find the config file. Where is it on Windows 10 ?
Thanks for your help

In Windows, the settings are stored in the registry:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Pablo Software Solutions\Quick 'n Easy Web Builder 10\State\
