Button object - how to insert an event

In WWB, when clicking on a button - I would get a popup dialog with a few tabs, one of the tabs is "Events"

I started working on this project today in QWB, I can't see how to do the same here?

The button in question is the top line left button

2. Click the 'Events' button in the toolbar.
