My new website
I've been writing my new website with Quick and Easy Webbuilder. I did find lots of things that could be improved a lot such as tables and a few other things such as to create a contact page. That did not work out yet for me. I do have to dig more into this software to get more out of it. So far I published today my new website but it is not complete finished yet.

Re: My new website
Hi, I think it looks great! You would need to set contact.html to contact.php though (set file extension to php in page properties).
Re: My new website
Ah,.. Thank you for the tip. So the PHP setting is this only for the contact page?

Re: My new website
Great! Yes you only need php for pages that uses the form, it's ok to have a mix of php and html pages. Btw, if you have success and error pages for the form they needs to be html (not php).
Re: My new website
Look not bad) I`m joking, very nice. Did you make it first time?
Re: My new website
Yes,.. first time I used this software. Before this my website was made with iWeb from Apple. So I looked for an easy to use program and came across QnWB. It is working easy if you take your time for it. a few buttons I made myself because there was not 1 button I liked.

No thanks. These providers are NOT for free. At first they do look for free. You can create a site but have to stick with their extension such as .Jimdo.com or Wix.com. Then you have a free website. If you want your own extension and visitors not to see the adds from these providers you have to pay a monthly or yearly subscription. But it is up to you.Marina wrote:Hey! If you want to try with Quick and Easy Webbuild perhaps somebody can help you to start. If no YouTubes are out there you could ask someone to share your screen such as Teamviewer or iChat if you use an Apple PC. I always start to experiment on a software program without reading manuals. I would like to see if software is intuitive. But sometimes you have to look things up to see how things are done.
